YIT, Sito and the City of Lahti have signed an agreement to build a new bus and freight terminal to Lahti through an alliance model. The total value of the project for YIT is roughly EUR 15 million, and it is due for completion in autumn 2015.

YIT started the second phase of the apartment building project called Forest in Yekaterinburg, Russia. The apartment building complex is located in the UNTS area in the northwestern part of Yekaterinburg, approximately seven kilometres from the city centre. The total value of the second phase, which has now been started, is approximately EUR 13 million, and it is due for completion in late 2015.

YIT has signed agreements with TA-Asumisoikeus Oy and TA-Yhtymä Oy for the construction of four residential projects in the metropolitan area. The total value of the projects is approximately EUR 20 million, and they will be completed during 2015.

YIT will start the construction of two non-subsidised rental housing projects in Järvenpää, one for ICECAPITAL Housing Fund III Ky and one for VVO Kodit Oy. The total value of the projects is approximately EUR 13 million, and the projects will be completed in autumn 2015.

YIT Reding, the subsidiary of YIT in Slovakia has won two of the three main jury prizes in ASB Gala held in Bratislava. YIT was selected as a Developer of the Year 2014 and the Construction company of the year 2014. The eight time held ASB Gala is highly valued venue in the construction business and architecture in Slovakia.

YIT's Russian subsidiary in Moscow, YIT CityStroi, has started the construction of a new apartment building project in Uspensky in the premium Odintsovo district, some 20 kilometres west of the Moscow Ring Road. The total value of the project is approximately EUR 15 million, and it is estimated to be completed in late 2015.

YIT and the Uusimaa Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment (ELY centre) have signed a service contract for Espoo's road maintenance. The total value of the contract is approximately EUR 30 million and it includes over 700 kilometres of roads requiring maintenance.

YIT's Russian subsidiary YIT St. Petersburg has started the construction of a new residential project in northeastern St. Petersburg, in the Krasnogvardeyskiy district. The total value of the project, which will be constructed in a single phase, is approximately EUR 70 million, and it is due for completion in late 2016.

The fourth Prisma in Lithuania and the second in the capital city Vilnius was opened to the public today on Friday April 25. The construction work of the shopping centre began in summer 2013. The project for SOK was realised by YIT's Lithuanian subsidiary YIT Kausta. The total value of the project was EUR 12 million.
